It is the definitive space for nurturing your customer base, cultivating company culture, and it’s also the fastest-growing space for providing customer support. In fact, 62 percent of consumers have used social media for customer service issues.
I actually hate the term social media, but if that’s what we want to call it that’s fine. to me, this is only obvious; just as the phone catered for communication, so did email, and so do these new services. They’re just part of the internet, and companies who don’t embrace this change are really missing out.
